Welcome to www.clicktoshoot.it. By using our site to book photography services, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

1. Services offered

 

Click to Shoot offers online bookable photography services, including:

 

  • Portrait photography services, private events, or other occasions.
  • Customized photography packages (duration, number of photos, extras).

 

All information about services, prices, and availability is published on the site.

 

 

2. Bookings

 

  • Bookings are made through the site's online form.
  • The booking is considered confirmed only after payment or email confirmation.
  • It is the user's responsibility to provide correct and complete information at the time of booking.

 

 

3. Payments

 

  • Payments are made through secure third-party providers.
  • The site does not store users' credit card data.
  • Payment must be completed to guarantee the booking.

 

 

4. Cancellations and refunds

 

  • Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@clicktoshoot.it
  • Refund policy:

 

  1. If the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance, the payment will be fully refunded.
  2. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, a penalty equal to 50% of the service cost will be applied.
  3. Changes to the service date are possible according to availability, at no additional cost if communicated at least 7 days in advance.

 

 

5. Right of withdrawal

 

  • According to European consumer rights regulations, customized services such as photo sessions are not subject to withdrawal once the booking is confirmed, if execution begins immediately after confirmation.
  • Users must be clearly informed of this limitation before payment confirmation.

 

 

6. Liability

 

Click to Shoot is not responsible for:

  1. Technical problems with the site or online payment.
  2. Delays or unforeseen events due to external causes (weather, equipment malfunctions, etc.).

 

We are nevertheless committed to providing the booked service in accordance with the description on the site.

 

 

7. Intellectual property

 

  • All site content (texts, photos, logos) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.
  • Photos taken by our photographers remain the property of the photographer, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

 

 

8. Changes to the Terms

 

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
  • Any changes will be published on the site with the new update date.

 

 

9. Applicable law and competent court

 

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
  • For any disputes, the competent court is that of the city where Click to Shoot has its registered office.
